Job Description
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor and the Reception Manager, the Ambassador
- Anticipating customer needs and preferences before and during their stay, in order to ensure a tailor-made experience.
- To welcome, accompany and assist clients from the beginning to the end of their stay, while being their first point of contact to answer their questions, requests and concerns in order to offer a personalized and seamless service.
- Handling various requests, providing relevant information about hotel services, tourist attractions, and local activities
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (reception, housekeeping, technical, security, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of requests.
- Providing luggage services: secure handling of luggage, escort to room and assistance upon departure.
- Support for the valet and doorman team
- Make internal deliveries (packages, linens, VIP gifts or special items) directly to the room.
- Maintain an impeccable presentation of public spaces and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Prepare meeting and event rooms in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Passion for customer service and ease in interacting with international clients.
- Neat presentation, professional attitude and keen attention to detail.
- Team spirit, versatility, flexibility and a sense of priorities.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Good proficiency with digital tools and technical understanding.
- Experience in the hotel industry or in a similar role (an asset).
- Driver's license required.
