Tasks and responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas (lobby, lounges, corridors, stairs, elevators, exercise room, bathrooms, etc.) according to established standards.
- Ensure the premises are presented impeccably and respond courteously to customer requests.
- Use the products correctly according to the surfaces and report any defects observed.
- Make deliveries to guest rooms according to customer requests
- Collaborating with the reception, maintenance, and operations teams on special projects
Desired profile
- Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role
- Knowledge of Marriott tools (an asset)
- Speed of execution and stress tolerance
- Good team spirit, autonomy, dynamism and versatility
- Sense of initiative
