Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the washing, rinsing and disinfection of dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure the cleanliness and quality of the washed items.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work surfaces and storage areas.
- Clean surfaces according to established hygiene standards.
- Collect, sort and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
