We are currently looking for a part-time cook.

The position involves preparing food orders for either the restaurant or banquets. The employee works in collaboration with the head chef and their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Examine the available supplies and ingredients
  • Break down and organize the work to be done
  • Make a recipe
  • Perform the setup
  • Prepare the food: stocks and sauces, soups, dishes. Serve.
  • Organizing your service area
  • Control the quality of prepared dishes
  • Ensuring and controlling conservation
  • Determine the preservation method
  • Prepare food for preservation
  • Maintains the workstation and tools
  • Keep the workstation tidy
  • Cleans and sanitizes
  • Apply the rules of personal hygiene and safety
