We are currently looking for a part-time cook.
The position involves preparing food orders for either the restaurant or banquets. The employee works in collaboration with the head chef and their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Examine the available supplies and ingredients
- Break down and organize the work to be done
- Make a recipe
- Perform the setup
- Prepare the food: stocks and sauces, soups, dishes. Serve.
- Organizing your service area
- Control the quality of prepared dishes
- Ensuring and controlling conservation
- Determine the preservation method
- Prepare food for preservation
- Maintains the workstation and tools
- Keep the workstation tidy
- Cleans and sanitizes
- Apply the rules of personal hygiene and safety
