Night Auditor

We are currently looking for a full-time night auditor.

YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the reception manager, the night auditor ensures the continuity of reception at the establishment's reception during the night and ensures the quality of service offered to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Classify the commercial transactions carried out during the day;
• Verify and correct transaction records and update hotel customer notes;
• Balance the accounts and close the cash registers;
• Produce the daily revenue report;
• Answering the phone and routing incoming calls;
• Make the reservation;
• Handling customer complaints;
• Perform the duties of a receptionist during the night;
• Ensure a smooth transition to the morning team by providing a report on the night shift;
• Forward any customer requests to the reception staff during the morning shift;
• All other related tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a receptionist position.
• Having strong and balanced interpersonal skills and attitudes, particularly in communication.
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and autonomy, as well as attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of hotel management software (ONQ, an asset).
