Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the director in the daily management of the department and replace her as needed
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure follow-up of the maintenance program
- Inspect rooms and ensure compliance with Marriott quality standards
- Manage equipment inventory and ensure its supply
- Participate in personnel management: scheduling, supervision and training.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in hospitality
- Bilingualism (French and English essential, predominantly English-speaking employees)
- Leadership, organizational skills and good team spirit
