Job Description
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor and the Front Desk Manager, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for each of our guests by providing exceptional service.

A true host, this person welcomes, accompanies and assists guests throughout their stay. Through their sense of hospitality, professionalism and initiative, they offer personalized, warm and proactive service, from arrival to departure. Present in the lobby and public spaces, they anticipate guest needs, respond to their requests efficiently and ensure that each interaction reflects the highest standards of quality and service.



Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to each guest, in accordance with hotel and Marriott standards.
• Provide information about hotel services, tourist attractions, restaurants and activities in the region.
• Ensure baggage, concierge and valet support services: safe handling of luggage, escorting guests to their rooms and assistance during arrivals and departures.
• Perform internal deliveries (packages, VIP gifts, linens or other items) directly to rooms.
• Participate in the preparation of meeting and event rooms in accordance with established standards.

Desired Profile

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and strong sense of hospitality.
• Good physical condition for luggage handling and logistical support.
• Team spirit, versatility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry and bilingualism (French/English).
