Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Marriott standards.
- Process reservations, modifications and special requests efficiently.
- Inform clients about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
- Optimize room availability in coordination with other departments.
- Perform system updates and accomplish any tasks related to the position.
Desired Profile
- Relevant experience in a front desk receptionist position.
- Bilingualism (French and English essential, clientele predominantly English-speaking)
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
