YOUR ROLE

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are the primary point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. You ensure the smooth coordination of front desk operations, supervise a dynamic team, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee a remarkable customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, and manage work schedules.
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and attentive customer service at all times.
  • Master the procedures, policies, and tasks related to the front desk and ensure their implementation with the team.
  • Maintain fluid and effective communication with other hotel departments.
  • Perform client account and package reconciliations according to establishment standards, avoiding any revenue loss.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hotel chain standards.
  • Manage customer complaints proactively and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Perform any other related tasks requested by management to support front desk operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry
  • Supervision and team management skills

  • Proficiency with hotel management tools (PMS, reservation software, etc.)
