YOUR ROLE

The night auditor ensures the smooth operation of nighttime operations while guaranteeing continuity of customer service. They are responsible for daily auditing, hotel security, and guest support during the night, while ensuring compliance with standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Perform night audit: verify, balance, and finalize daily transactions.
• Prepare required reports and ensure system updates.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures, and reservation modifications.
• Verify room availability, assign rooms, and update room status. Ensure application of payment policies and process credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
• Ensure the security of the hotel and guests during the night.
• Perform certain front desk tasks - All other related tasks.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computer systems and accounting tasks.
• Good knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel standards.
