Scope: Portfolio - Urgo Hotels Canada

POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice-President, Revenue is responsible for the overall revenue management strategy and optimization of the hotel portfolio's performance.
A key member of the management team, they oversee the proper functioning of pricing, forecasting, segmentation and distribution strategies in order to maximize revenue, market share and profitability of the establishments.
They act as a strategic partner to senior management, general managers, sales teams and owners to ensure a consistent, proactive and performance-driven approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the overall Revenue Management strategy for the entire hotel portfolio.
  • Ensure the performance of establishments through the optimization of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, RGI, market share and intervene with teams as needed.
  • Validate the revenue forecasting process and actively contribute to the development of annual budgets.
  • Analyze market trends, competition and hotel performance in order to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Establish standards, processes and best practices for revenue management across the entire portfolio.
  • Supervise, mobilize and develop the revenue management team.
  • Work closely with operations, sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment of business strategies.
  • Advise general managers and senior management on strategies and decisions impacting revenue and profitability.
  • Present results, analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management and owners.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with various brands, partners and suppliers.
  • Participate in the evaluation and integration of new properties into the portfolio in terms of revenue strategy, systems and commercial positioning.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Significant experience in Revenue Management in hospitality in a multi-property environment.
  • Experience in a regional leadership role.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel performance indicators and distribution strategies.
  • Strong analytical, financial and strategic capabilities.
  • Mobilizing leadership and ability to influence and advise different levels of the organization.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to transform analyses into concrete actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evolve effectively in a dynamic environment comprising multiple markets and hotel brands.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
