YOUR ROLE

The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that high-level customer service is provided at all times and in compliance with the standards of the chain and banner.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
  • Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
  • Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or extended departures, and guest requests to other departments.
  • Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.


PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and independence.
  • Ability to work under pressure, good stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with computer systems.
  • Availability for varying schedules.
