YOUR ROLE
The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that high-level customer service is provided at all times and in compliance with the chain and brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
- Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
- Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy member guests, priorities, early departures or extended stays, and all other guest requests to other departments.
- Verify and adjust charges to guest accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
- Hospitality experience (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.
