The assistant controller supervises and executes all accounting operations of the company, while ensuring the optimization of financial performance of the hotels under their responsibility. They play a key role in analysis, budget monitoring and compliance with financial practices, thus contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Manage the accounting cycle and ensure tax and accounting compliance.
• Supervise cash flows and banking operations.
• Prepare financial statements and analyze budget variances.
• Supervise payroll processing and accounts payable.
• Participate in the establishment of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Supervise the accounting team.

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• University degree in accounting (an asset).
• Hotel experience (an asset).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting software: Workday, Profitsword, Nethris, etc... (an asset).
• Bilingualism.
