Tasks and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
• Process reservations, modifications and special requests efficiently. (by phone or walk-in)
• Inform clients about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
• Execute all tasks appearing on the checklist (Knowledge of VIPs of the day, groups and events of the day)
• Perform system updates and accomplish any task related to the position.

Desired Profile

• Relevant experience in a reception agent position.
• Bilingualism (French and English essential, clientele predominantly English-speaking)
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
• Initiative
