Salary: $23.50/h + Night shift premiums ($2/h)
Under the supervision of management and in collaboration with the accounting team, the night auditor ensures the permanence of reception at the hotel's front desk during the night, ensures the quality of service provided to guests and participates in the hotel's daily accounting operations. He is responsible for the daily audit, hotel security and guest support, while ensuring compliance with standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests, respond to their requests and ensure courteous service at all times.
- Perform data entry and verification of accounting data.
- Perform the reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Perform balancing and ensure data accuracy.
- Finalize the closing of the day's transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Prepare various accounting and administrative reports.
- Perform filing and archiving of accounting documents.
- Participate in various administrative tasks related to accounting.
- Manage late arrivals, early departures, reservation bookings and modifications, complaint handling, call responses.
- Ensure transition with the morning team: provide a report and transmit pending requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
- Ensure the security of the hotel and guests during the night.
- Perform certain front desk tasks - All other related tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills, and organizational ability.
