YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the night auditor ensures front desk coverage at the establishment during the night and ensures the quality of service provided to guests. He is responsible for the daily audit, hotel security, and guest support, while ensuring compliance with standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and ensure courteous service at all times.
Perform the night audit: verify, balance, and finalize the closure of the day's transactions (file, correct, balance accounts, and produce requested reports).
Manage late arrivals, early departures, reservation bookings and modifications, complaint handling, and call responses.
Ensure transition with the morning team: provide a report and communicate outstanding requests.
Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
Ensure the safety of the hotel and guests during the night.
Perform certain front desk tasks - All other related tasks.

YOUR ROLE

The Night Auditor is responsible for the daily audit, hotel security, and guest support while ensuring compliance with established standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and provide courteous service at all times.
- Perform the night audit: review, balance, and finalize the day's transactions, including filing, correcting, and balancing accounts and preparing required reports.
- Handle late arrivals, early departures, reservations and reservation modifications, guest complaints, and incoming calls.
- Ensure a smooth transition with the morning team by providing a detailed handover and communicating any outstanding requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests throughout the night.
- Perform front desk duties and any other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and accounting-related tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or accounting is an asset. No hospitality experience? We provide training.
