YOUR ROLE
The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that they provide high-level customer service at all times and in compliance with the standards of the chain and brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
- Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
- Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy member guests, priorities, early or extended departures, and all other guest requests to other departments.
- Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash transactions.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and independence.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
- Hospitality experience (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.
