Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance worker who wants to offer a friendly service to our customers while respecting the standards and norms of our hotel.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for performing general building maintenance tasks as well as providing customer service in rooms and public areas.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs in hotel rooms and public areas.
- Ensure the preventive maintenance of the building's interior and exterior.
- Perform end-of-season maintenance.
- Responding to customer service requests.
- Maintaining common areas such as the entrance hall, bathrooms, and others.
- Perform all other related tasks.
- Adhere to the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards.
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance.
- Availability to work a variable schedule (weekdays, weekends and holidays)
- To be particularly responsible, reliable, resourceful and to have an eye for detail.
- Possess the physical capabilities to perform the required tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and share information effectively.
- Be bilingual (French/English).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
