Job Description

We are looking for a room attendant who wants to offer a warm service to our guests while respecting the standards and norms of our hotel.

Reporting to the Housekeeper, the incumbent is responsible for performing housekeeping tasks to ensure the comfort of our guests and to offer them a clean and healthy environment on a daily basis, in accordance with the policies and procedures of our establishment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • To offer courteous and professional service, being proactive and oriented towards the needs of guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.
  • Tasks include but are not limited to: changing linens, vacuuming, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, mirrors, dressers, making beds.
  • Report any necessary repairs to the Housekeeper.
  • All other tasks related to the housekeeping department.
  • Adhere to the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a variable schedule (weekdays, weekends and holidays)
  • To be particularly responsible, reliable, resourceful and to have an eye for detail.
  • Possess the physical capabilities to perform the required tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team and share information effectively.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Working conditions
  • Salary: Starting at $20.48/hour
  • Working hours: Saturday and Sunday
  • Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
  • Expected start date: As soon as possible
