Tasks and responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Marriott standards.
- Handle bookings, changes and special requests efficiently.
- Inform guests about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
- Optimize room availability in coordination with other departments.
- Perform system updates and complete any other job-related tasks.
Desired profile
- Relevant experience in a receptionist position.
- Bilingualism (French and English essential, predominantly English-speaking clientele)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sense of initiative
