Summary Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, we are looking for a Leasing Agent whose role will be to lease available units, ensure the retention of our residential tenants, maintain a sense of belonging within the rental residential community in order to retain them, and support the implementation of monthly activities and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • To rent out vacant apartments in the building, to conduct viewings, to negotiate rental contracts;
  • Implement an action plan on apartment rentals;
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed;
  • Production of reports in order to anticipate display needs;
  • Respond to various customer requests and communicate with the different stakeholders involved as needed;
  • Follow up with prospective clients;
  • To approach new potential clients/markets/partnerships;
  • Complete the required documentation for the rental, including credit check forms;
  • Stay on top of the rental market in the Beloeil area, keep an up-to-date analysis of the competition;
  • Participate in marketing activities and social media maintenance.
