YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the front desk manager, the night auditor ensures continuous reception at the hotel's front desk throughout the night and guarantees the quality of service provided to guests. They are responsible for daily audits, hotel security, and guest support, while ensuring adherence to standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming customers, responding to their requests and ensuring courteous service at all times.
Perform the night audit: verify, balance and finalize the closing of the day's transactions (classify, correct, balance accounts and produce the requested reports).
Managing late arrivals, early departures, taking and modifying reservations, handling complaints, answering calls.
Ensure a smooth transition with the morning team: provide a report and forward any outstanding requests.
Collaborating with other departments to respond to guest requests.
Ensure the safety of the hotel and guests during the night.
Perform certain receptionist tasks - All other related tasks.
PROFILE SOUGHT
