YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the Night Auditor ensures front desk coverage at the establishment's reception during the night and ensures the quality of service provided to guests. The Night Auditor is responsible for the daily audit, hotel security, and guest support while ensuring compliance with standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and provide courteous service at all times.

    Perform the night audit: verify, balance, and finalize the day's transaction closures (file, correct, balance accounts, and produce required reports).

  • Manage late arrivals, early departures, reservation bookings and modifications, complaint handling, and phone responses.

  • Ensure transition with the morning team: provide a briefing and communicate any outstanding requests.

  • Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests during the night.

  • Perform certain front desk duties - All other related tasks.
