YOUR ROLE

The Front Desk Agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that high-level customer service is provided at all times in accordance with the standards of the chain and brand.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
  • Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
  • Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy member guests, priorities, early or extended departures, and all other guest requests to other departments.
  • Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash transactions.


PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and independence.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
  • Hospitality experience (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.
