YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the reception manager, the night auditor ensures the continuity of reception at the establishment's reception during the night and ensures the quality of service offered to customers.

Job Description

• Perform all accounting tasks for the night hearing;
• Produce the reports and communicate them to the managers;
• To provide exceptional service to guests;
• Charges room rates and taxes on each customer invoice;
• Finalizes transactions completed during the day;
• Creates and/or prints and transmits the required reports;
• Ensure the safety of the premises and guests;
• Perform any other reception duties, managing guest arrivals and departures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a receptionist or supervisor position in a hotel;
• Having strong and balanced interpersonal skills and attitudes, particularly in communication;
• Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and autonomy, as well as attention to detail;
• Bilingualism French and English (spoken and written due to our international clientele);
• Knowledge of hotel management software (PEP, an asset).
