Job description:

• To offer a personalized and memorable service by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations;
• Warmly welcome customers and ensure a proactive presence in the lobby and public areas;
• Approach guests to establish direct contact and create a seamless and attentive experience;
• Recommend and organize unique local activities, restaurants and experiences;
• Keeping abreast of trends, events and new products to offer authentic discoveries;
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests, reservations and information;
• Collaborating closely with all departments to ensure exceptional service;
• Supporting the reception, concierge and baggage service teams during busy periods;
• Actively participate in training and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent sense of service and proactive approach;
• Dynamism, curiosity and a passion for discovery;
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
• Knowledge of local activities and interest in culture and tourism;
• Ability to handle multiple requests professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Experience in the hotel industry is an asset.
