Job Description
- Greet customers upon their arrival to check them in;
- Explain the hotel's services, including the Marriott Bonvoy program;
- Responding to our customers' requests with unparalleled service;
- Answering phone calls and transferring calls to the correct department;
- To carry out customer departures;
- Taking room service orders;
- Inform customers about our products and services;
- Coordinate various requests with the departments;
- Compile requests and track them using our computerized system;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and be able to perform all other tasks related to this position.
Requirements
- Training in a field related to customer service (an asset);
- Have significant work experience in customer service in the hotel industry or other related field;
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required in order to communicate with our international clientele;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professional approach and able to work under pressure;
- Having a sense of initiative, as well as attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Marriott programs and Opera software is an asset.
