The front desk agent is the first point of contact with our guests. You accompany the client from arrival to departure, ensuring that you provide personalized, professional service compliant with Marriott standards at all times. You play a key role in the guest experience and actively contribute to the reputation for excellence of our establishments.
Responsibilities- Welcome, register, and process guest departures efficiently and professionally
- Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies
- Ensure smooth communication with other departments regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or extended departures, and special requests
- Verify and adjust charges to guest accounts
- Perform and balance cash transactions with rigor
- Respond to guest requests and resolve situations with professionalism and speed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Initiative, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Comfort with computer systems and hotel environments
- Bilingualism (French/English) an important asset
