Under the supervision of the reception manager, the night auditor ensures the continuity of reception at the establishment's reception during the night and ensures the quality of service offered to customers.

• Perform verification and closing of the day's transactions: classify, correct, balance accounts and produce the requested reports.
• Perform reception duties during the night: welcoming customers, taking reservations, handling complaints, answering calls.
• Ensure a smooth transition with the morning team: provide a report and forward any outstanding requests.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sense of initiative, attention to detail and autonomy.
• Ability to work under pressure, to solve problems and to work with computer systems.
