YOUR ROLE

The receptionist accompanies the customer from arrival to departure. They ensure that they provide high-level customer service at all times, in accordance with the chain and brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and register customers upon arrival and handle their departure efficiently and professionally.
• To make, modify or cancel reservations and to inform guests of hotel policies.
• Transmit information regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or extended departures and customer requests to other departments.
• Verify and adjust charges applied to customer accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.
