YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a maintenance technician to work in collaboration with the management team to ensure the safety of the building and to carry out the necessary work according to the established schedules under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and execute the necessary work according to the established timelines.
- Working collaboratively with the management team to identify any deficiencies, including: Repairs, maintenance, inspections...
- To ensure the safety of the building and to act as a first responder in case of emergency.
- Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.
