Tasks and responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
- Handle reservations, changes, and special requests efficiently. (by phone or walk-in)
- Inform guests about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
- Complete all tasks appearing on the checklist (Knowledge of today's VIPs, groups, and events)
- Perform system updates and complete any other job-related tasks.
Desired profile
- Relevant experience in a receptionist position.
- Bilingualism (French and English essential, predominantly English-speaking clientele)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sense of initiative
