YOUR ROLE

As a Reception Supervisor , you are the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. You ensure the smooth coordination of reception operations, supervise a dynamic team, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train and supervise reception staff, and manage working hours.
  • To offer courteous, efficient and attentive customer service at all times.
  • Master the procedures, policies and tasks related to reception and ensure their implementation within the team.
  • Maintain smooth and effective communication with other hotel departments.
  • Perform reconciliations of customer accounts and packages, according to the establishment's standards, while avoiding any loss of revenue.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the hotel chain's standards.
  • Participate in achieving Stay Score objectives.
  • Manage customer complaints proactively and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Perform any other related tasks requested by management to support reception operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry
  • Skills in supervision and team management

  • Proficiency in IT tools related to hotel management (PMS, booking software, etc.)
