RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance work including painting, electrical work, plastering, and wallpapering.
- Carry out repairs to furniture and equipment.
- Responding to spontaneous repair requests
- Learn how the alarm system works and its components
- Learn and understand emergency procedures
- Perform all other tasks related to this classification
REQUIREMENTS
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electricity, renovations and maintenance.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Customer service aptitude.
- Organized and methodical.
- Professional, independent and responsible.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Experience is an asset.
