YOUR ROLE
The night auditor ensures the smooth operation of nighttime activities while guaranteeing continuity of customer service. They are responsible for daily audits, hotel security, and providing support to guests throughout the night, while ensuring adherence to standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming customers, responding to their requests and ensuring courteous service at all times.
- Perform the night audit: verify, balance and finalize the day's transactions.
- Prepare the required reports and ensure the systems are updated.
- Managing late arrivals, early departures and reservation changes.
- Check room availability, assign rooms and update room status. Ensure compliance with payment policies and process credit card transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to respond to guest requests.
- Ensure the safety of the hotel and guests during the night.
- Perform certain receptionist tasks - All other related tasks.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and accounting tasks.
- Good knowledge of reception procedures and hotel standards.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
