Operations
You ensure the smooth and exemplary execution of daily operations:
- Ensuring operational excellence across all departments
- Be present on-site and ensure regular inspections of the hotel
- Follow quality trends and implement concrete actions
- Maintain Marriott and Urgo Hotels Canada standards
- Supervise audits (including food audits)
- Optimize scheduling management in balance with financial objectives and customer experience
Sales & Marketing
You actively contribute to sales performance:
- Developing and ensuring the execution of sales strategies
- Managing revenue strategies on a daily basis
- Mobilizing teams around sales objectives and opportunities
Financial performance
You are responsible for the financial health of the institution:
- Plan and manage operating and investment budgets
- Communicate financial objectives clearly to the teams
- Ensuring sound management of cash flow

Desired profile
- Proven experience in the hotel industry, ideally within well-known chains.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a management role
- A motivating, inspiring, and results-oriented leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- University degree in administration or hotel management
- Good command of hotel systems and tools
