YOUR ROLE

The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure at all times a high-level customer service that complies with the standards of the chain and the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
• Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
• Transmit information regarding room status, VIPs, Mariott Bonvoy members, priorities, early departures or extended stays, and all other guest requests to the other departments.
• Verify and adjust charges posted to guest accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
• Experience in hospitality (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.
