• Greet customers upon their arrival to register them;
• Prepare invoices for hosting clients;
• Explain the hotel's services;
• Responding to our customers' requests with unparalleled service;
• To carry out the departure of the clients;
• Coordinate customer needs with housekeeping;
• Take external calls and redirect them to the correct departments;
• Take room service orders;
• Inform customers about our products and services;
• Coordinate various requests with the valets, maintenance, etc.;
• Compile the requests and track them using our computerized system.

The required qualifications

• Having had work experience in customer service;
• Possess strong and balanced interpersonal skills and attitudes, particularly in communication;
• Demonstrate participatory leadership and the ability to work effectively in a team;
• Having a sense of initiative, as well as attention to detail;
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
