Job Description

We are looking for a maintenance technician who wishes to provide warm service to our clientele while respecting the standards and norms of our hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the incumbent will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks of the building as well as service to customers in the rooms and public areas.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs in the rooms and public areas of the hotel.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance inside and outside the building.
  • Perform end-of-season maintenance.
  • Respond to customer service requests.
  • Ensure maintenance of common areas such as the entrance hall, bathrooms, and others.
  • Accomplish all other related tasks.
  • Respect the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in building maintenance.
  • Availability to work on a variable schedule (weekdays, weekends and holidays)
  • Be particularly responsible, reliable, resourceful and detail-oriented.
  • Possess the physical capabilities to perform the required tasks.
  • Ability to work as a team and share information effectively.
  • Be bilingual (French/English).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Working Conditions

  • Salary: Starting at $26.29/hour
