Summary Description
We are looking for people who love their city and want to create a memorable and personalized experience for each of our guests. From the moment our guests arrive at Hotel Humaniti Montreal, our night auditors will take over and be responsible for the entire guest experience.
Our Montreal night auditors will work closely with the reception team to provide impeccable service that reflects our DNA: sophisticated, engaging, and connected. At Hotel Humaniti Montreal, we're looking for people who are passionate about people and who will deliver an experience that embodies our wellness concept to our guests.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform nighttime hearing tasks.
- Greet and register guests upon arrival and handle their departure efficiently and professionally.
- Assign rooms appropriately (rates, special requests, etc.).
- Make, modify or cancel reservations and note special requests.
- Handling requests in GXP.
- Review documents related to the night hearing and take action if necessary.
- Check restaurant invoices and ensure balancing.
- Check parking loads and ensure balance.
- Check no-show reservations and take appropriate action.
- Responding to multiple requests via chat, email, etc.
- Adopt a proactive attitude in managing customer concerns/difficulties.
- To offer personalized suggestions on the various attractions and experiences available in Montreal.
- To offer a service that exceeds our clients' expectations and to convey this quality of service to the entire team.
- Ensure at all times an impeccable presentation of reception areas and common areas.
- To ensure a smooth flow of service across the different departments of the hotel.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and know how to manage stress.
- Proactivity, initiative and autonomy.
- (3) years of experience in high-end customer service.
- Bilingual (French and English, a requirement due to an international clientele).
- Night and weekend availability.
- Experience with Marriott chain hotels is an asset.
