YOUR ROLE
As a Reception Supervisor , you are the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. You ensure the smooth coordination of reception operations, supervise a dynamic team, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train and supervise reception staff, and manage working hours.
- To offer courteous, efficient and attentive customer service at all times.
- Master the procedures, policies and tasks related to reception and ensure their implementation within the team.
- Maintain smooth and effective communication with other hotel departments.
- Perform reconciliations of customer accounts and packages, according to the establishment's standards, while avoiding any loss of revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to the hotel chain's standards.
- Manage customer complaints proactively and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform any other related tasks requested by management to support reception operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry
- Skills in supervision and team management

- Proficiency in IT tools related to hotel management (PMS, booking software, etc.)
